Prices shown are for Bed and Breakfast per adult per night, based on two adults sharing. See below for single occupancy surcharges and child tariffs. Terms and conditions apply.

Descriptions of Rooms

Syke: Master superior super king/twin family suite. Able to cater for 2 adults and 1 child ( 13 years or under ) sharing.
Iona: Superior super king/twin en suite with disabled faciltities. Able to cater for 2 adults and 1 child (13 years or under) sharing.
Mull: Luxury double ensuite with bath. Able to cater for 2 adults and 1 child (13 years or under) sharing.
Rum: Luxury double en suite with shower.

Single, Multi-Person and Child Occupancy

When sharing, children of 13 years and under are charged a tariff of £17.00 per night. Adults and children of 14 years and over sharing are charged a nightly tariff of £25.00.

Single occupancy of SKYE and IONA is charged at double the adult nightly tariff.

A single occupancy surcharge of £10.00 per night applies to MULL and RUM.

PLEASE NOTE! We are unable to accept single night reservations for family/multi-person room occupation during our peak season.

Discounts

We very much appreciate your choosing to stay at WOODLANDS. As a way of saying thank you, we will discount by 10%, all Bed and Breakfast charges for stays of 7 or more nights when booked directly through us.
