Woodlands Guest House is immaculately maintained to ensure that our guests can relax in Bed and Breakfast accommodation of the highest quality and enjoy the breathtaking beauty of the Scottish Highlands.

Woodlands Guest House, Loch ness in Winter

Traditionally and thoughtfully furnished to provide our guests with a genuine 'home from home', our guest rooms are named after Scottish West Coast Islands to reflect the peace and tranquillity that Woodlands affords its guests.

With the exception of SKYE, all of our bedrooms overlook Woodlands' large and attractive rear garden and the River Coiltie beyond. Each has a built-in cupboard and is equipped with tea and coffee making facilities, hair dryer, colour television, DVD player and clock radio alarm.

Skye

Woodlands 'flagship' guest accommodation comprises a large super king sized double bedroom (that can easily be converted into a twin bedroom) with en-suite shower and a separate lounge with 2 seat sofa, easy chair and coffee table. With the addition of luxury roll-out beds, SKYE is able to accommodate a family of 2 adults and 1 children sharing.

RUM and MULL together provide an extra option which is popular with our guests. In addition to being lovely double rooms in their own right, they are also the only rooms that are located off a first floor corridor separated by a fire door from the rest of the house. This feature creates a self-contained and private area - an ideal situation for 2 couples who wish to holiday together.
